EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
The Oregon and Washington Chapters of the American College of Surgeons would like to invite you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at the 2012 Oregon—Washington American College of Surgeons Annual Meeting. This meeting is the largest gathering of surgeons in the Northwest each year.
This CME educational event will be held at Sunriver Resort in Central Oregon on June 15 – 18, 2012, and will include approximately 150 surgeons from throughout Oregon and Washington.

CHECK-IN
Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as name badges.
GENERAL SESSIONS
Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except for sessions noted as Members Only.
MEALS
All breakfasts and breaks are included in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to man your booths especially during breakfast and breaks.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
We invite you to join us for all of our social events. All activities such as golf and tennis are open to exhibitors as well. A separate fee will be incurred if you are interested in attending.
Meeting information
Please use the meetings link on this site to look at our previous programs. Each year the structure of our meetings is very similar in terms of our CME activity and break times for meeting with exhibitors. All activities such as golf and tennis are open to exhibitors as well. Each spring a registration form is made up and is available on the home page of this site. The official program for each meeting will be available on this site as well shortly before the meeting date.
