These guidelines used for CME activity have been prepared by the American College of Surgeons who is our CME sponsor.
Exhibitor Information

Gold - $5,000
Silver - $3,000
Bronze - $1,500

EXHIBIT HOURS
Sunday, June 14 - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Monday, June 15 - 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Tuesday, June 16 - 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
SET-UP
Exhibit set-up begins on Saturday night after 6:00 pm. You may also set-up early on Sunday morning around 6:00 am. There are no assigned tables so first come, first serve.
CHECK-IN
Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as namebadges.
GENERAL SESSIONS
Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except for sessions noted as Members Only.
MEALS
All breakfasts and breaks are included in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to man your booths especially during breakfast and breaks.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
We invite you to join us for all of our social events. All activities such as golf and tennis are open to exhibitors as well. A separate fee will be incurred if you are interested in attending.
Meeting information
Please use the meetings link on this site to look at our previous programs. Each year the structure of our meetings is very similar in terms of our CME activity and break times for meeting with exhibitors. Each spring a registration form is made up and is available on this page. The official program for each meeting will be available on this site as well shortly before the meeting date.
