Exhibor Guidelines
These guidelines used for CME activity have been prepared by the American College of Surgeons who is our CME sponsor.
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

MEETING DATES
June 16 - 19, 2010
Sunriver Resort, OR
EXHIBIT HOURS
Thursday, June 17 - 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday, June 18 - 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Saturday, June 19 - 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
SET-UP
Exhibit set-up begins on Wednesday night after 6:00 pm. You may also set-up early on Thursday morning around 6:00 am.
CHECK-IN
Please visit the registration desk to pick up your exhibitor packet as well as name badges.
GENERAL SESSIONS
Exhibitors are invited to attend any of the scientific sessions except for sessions noted as Members Only.
MEALS
All breakfasts and breaks are included in your exhibit fee. Exhibit hours parallel our scientific sessions so be sure to man your booths especially during breakfast and breaks.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
We invite you to join us for all of our social events. All activities such as golf and tennis are open to exhibitors as well. A separate fee will be incurred if you are interested in attending.
Meeting information
Please use the meetings link on this site to look at our previous programs. Each year the structure of our meetings is very similar in terms of our CME activity and break times for meeting with exhibitors. All activities such as golf and tennis are open to exhibitors as well. Each spring a registration form is made up and is available on the home page of this site. The official program for each meeting will be available on this site as well shortly before the meeting date.
